All orders are sent as letters and delivered directly to your mailbox. We deliver to EU member states only.

European Union — all member states. No delivery outside the EU.
Processing time
Orders enter internal verification after payment is received and are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days, subject to batch availability.
Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 2–7 business days from dispatch confirmation. The delivery time is an estimate and may, in individual cases, be affected by postal handling.

Orders are sent as letters to the specified delivery address. Letter deliveries may have limited or no tracking. The customer is responsible for ensuring the specified delivery address is correct. If a shipment cannot be confirmed as delivered, we investigate the matter in accordance with our delivery terms. We cannot guarantee that a new shipment will be sent in every individual case.
If your delivery does not arrive
If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, contact us with your order number and we will help you investigate the delivery. Since letter deliveries may lack full tracking, we cannot always follow the shipment while it is in transit.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Free shipping applies to orders above €120. Shipping costs are not refunded separately.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) / lab report is available on the product page per batch reference, from our internal batch handling records.
By choosing letter delivery, you acknowledge that the shipment may have limited or no tracking and that the delivery therefore cannot always be followed while in transit.
