Refund Policy

Due to the nature of formulation preparations, returns are accepted only for items that are unopened, undamaged and in original packaging.

Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. After approval, items must be received within a further 14 days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged items

Items damaged in transit should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
