Refund Policy
Due to the controlled nature of formulation preparations and batch-level handling procedures, returns are accepted only for references that arrive unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Once a request has been approved through internal verification, returned items must be received within a further 14 days.
How to request a return
Email contact@peptidverket.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and the controlled return address.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of the returned reference being received and verified against batch handling records.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the reference arrived damaged or the dispatch was incorrect against our internal records.
Damaged or incorrect items
Items damaged in transit, or that do not match the dispatched catalogue reference, should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photographs, to contact@peptidverket.com. Each report is reviewed against batch and dispatch records.
